There are no published citations for MiDs although, we can be sure the January 1917 group relate to general action on the Somme.

The May 1917 group for Other Ranks will also relate to action on the Somme as they followed a list of names recommended on 9th April.  Mark Bailey suggests these Mentions were provided to one Other Rank from each of the four Companies.

LG 25.5.1917

The December 1917 Mentions concern action between 26/2/1917 & 20/9/1917, presumably the Menin Road 31st July 1917 and 3rd Ypres.

The May 1918 group arise for the period from 25th September 1917 to 24th February 1918 – possibly Polderhoek in December 1917.

Private Ellis’ Award probably relates to subsequent service after the Battalion was disbanded between 16th September & 31st November 1918.
